The importance of Protein intake...

Complete 7-9 days of our Food Journal.
Use the Protein Counter (last page) to calculate
grams of protein in each food entry.
Add up your TOTAL grams of protein/day.
Pregnant women should get a minimum
of 70 grams
of protein/day.

HBMS recommends 70-75 grams/day.
